As Kayra Export Inc., we are looking for a Social Media Content Manager who will strengthen our digital presence and plan and manage all social media strategies.
This role will be responsible for managing our brand’s social media channels, creating the content strategy, coordinating the content production process, increasing digital visibility, and producing content that builds strong connections with our target audience.

- Producing creative content (photos, videos, text) for the company’s social media accounts
- Preparing social media content plans and managing the posting calendar
- Supporting the creation, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns
- Following trends, competitors, and the industry to develop content suggestions aligned with the brand
- Managing content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Developing creative content for campaigns, events, and product promotions
- Monitoring social media comments and messages and supporting responses when necessary
- At least 3–4 years of experience in social media management
- Ability to actively use Adobe programs or mobile editing applications
- Knowledge of photography/video shooting and basic editing
- Creative in content production and closely following trends
- Preferably experience working in an agency or on the brand side
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to prepare reports
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Weekdays: 08:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 13:30
- Sunday: Off
- Location: Kayseri Office
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shuttle service is available from Kayseri city center and all central districts
